the JK-3020K is a large format programmable template sewing machine capable of sewing patterns up to 300mm x 200mm across a wide variety of materials. With the largest sewing area in its class, the JK-T3020K can extend the sewing range beyond what the competitors offer, all at an affordable price.


The JK-T3020K features an Intermediate Presser Foot System that can be programmed to adjust up to 20mm in height, allowing the operator to program the machine to sew across uneven thickness of materials without the worry of skipping stitches. The powerful direct drive servo motor in conjunction with the DPx17 needle system allows for the use of needles as delicate as size 11 to more robust size 25, giving an increased sewing range.


The JK-T3020K comes standard with a programmable LCD touch screen allowing the operator to design patterns in real time; or patterns can be designed on a Windows PC with the included Pattern Design Software and imported via USB.


The JK-T3020K features our proprietary Pattern Template Clamping System with Pattern Template ID further increasing productivity. Easily switch out between templates without the need to replace the presser foot clamps, simply slide in the needed template and lock in place. The RFID tag on the template will automatically reference the correct pattern design without the need of the operator to recall the pattern themselves, increasing efficiency and eliminating the possibility of operator errors.
